Rock Creek Trail, Medicine Bow National Forest outside of Arlington, WYWhere:

EasyDifficulty:

 Meet at Rock Creek Trailhead: Be ready to start the hike by 9:30 AM. Plan to hike a leisurely 2-3 miles, we'll make frequent stops to discuss various ecological topics such as vegetation, wildlife, microbes, forest environment, soils, nutrient cycling, and the forest management and wilderness potential of the area. We'll return to the trailhead around 12-12:30pm and you'll be back in Laramie between 1-2pm.Details:

Join us for an educational morning hike along Rock Creek with WWA board and staff. This outing is an excellent opportunity for those interested in forest ecology and management to engage in rich discussions with WWA board members in a beautiful setting.
